i like the background shot, but agree about the side bar solidness not workin so great. Mostly because the side bar is a relatively darker color so the text (especially the links) are difficult to read. Maybe something a bit more washed out or a different color behind certain buttons/areas within the side bar? But i LIKE the top frame : )
